Step 2
A T-shirt, shorts or leggings, trainers and water are enough for your first session. Bring your own gloves if you have them, as gloves are required for training.
Step 3
If you want help deciding between boxing and Thai boxing, or you have an injury, call or WhatsApp before travelling.
Do I need to book?
Usually no for group classes. Private training does need booking.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. The point is to build fitness progressively.
Will I have to spar?
No. Sparring is optional.
Can I just turn up?
Usually yes, but call if you want a recommendation first.
Do I need gloves?
Bring your own if you can. The gym states gloves are required for hygiene reasons.
