First visit

Everything a beginner usually wants to know before walking in.

Practical answers first, so you can choose a session and arrive knowing what to expect.

Step 1

Choose the right class

For most adults, the easiest starts are boxing circuit, ladies, general boxing beginners+ or Thai boxing beginners+ sessions.

Step 2

Wear simple training kit

A T-shirt, shorts or leggings, trainers and water are enough for your first session. Bring your own gloves if you have them, as gloves are required for training.

Step 3

Ask if you are unsure

If you want help deciding between boxing and Thai boxing, or you have an injury, call or WhatsApp before travelling.

Quick answers

Do I need to book?

Usually no for group classes. Private training does need booking.

Can I just turn up?

Usually yes, but call if you want a recommendation first.

Which class should I pick?
